Welcome
I’m a trauma therapist specializing in somatic therapy, helping clients reconnect with their bodies to create lasting change—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Let’s work together to heal and unlock the transformation you deserve.
“I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.”
-Brene Brown

ABOUT ME
WHO AM I?
Hi, I’m Tiffany, and I’m so glad you’ve taken the time to learn more about me, my approach, and what I offer. Born and raised in Texas, I moved to the DC Metro in 2023. Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a teacher, school counselor, therapist, and clinical director, supporting clients of all ages on their healing journeys—helping them process trauma and find freedom in that healing.
Alongside therapy, I’m a professor teaching graduate-level courses in Trauma and Multicultural Counseling, and I’m currently researching the intersection of religion and politics. I also write children’s books—yes, I’m a bit of a multitasker, but I love it all!
When I’m not immersed in work, you’ll find me spending time with my family, binge-watching The Real Housewives franchise, listening to audiobooks, or sipping on my favorite Starbucks drink. It’s a quirky combination, but it really sums me up!

ABOUT MY WORK
My practice as a somatic therapist, researcher, and writer is grounded in liberation, decolonization, and anti-racism. I am deeply committed to providing access to care in spaces where it’s often scarce, and my work reflects this purpose. Some key areas I focus on include:
-
Reproductive mental health in Texas, where access to care is limited and weaponized
-
Raising awareness of toxic religious extremism and its intersection with U.S. politics and foreign policy
-
Community education on reproductive justice and mental health, empowering individuals with knowledge and resources
-
Decolonized mental health crisis care, supporting communities with alternative, trauma-informed approaches
-
Cultural humility and trauma-informed practices, educating communities on how these frameworks can help foster healing and understanding
Through my work, I aim to create meaningful change, raise awareness, and provide resources for those who need it most.
